This home had some serious water issues when it would rain. Because of the way the ground was graded, over time the water began to come into the crawl space. The first time we went out it hadn’t rained in several days and there was still water visible.
solution
The solution presented by Cantey Foundation Specialists was to dig a trench and run a drainage pipe underneath the crawl space. This allowed us to move the water directly into the sump pump which then piped the water out of the property. We also spray foamed the deck of the crawl space. This would allow the air to not leak from the crawl space and into the living area and vice versa.
