challenge

We were called out to this home due to a problem with the crawlspace. It was wet, moldy, insulation was falling down and the ceiling was sagging. Needless to say, it was not the prettiest crawl space but no where near the worst we’ve seen.

solution

The right solution for this home was to first remove the mold on top of the roof deck. We then installed nine SmartJacks in order to re-mediate the sagging of the homes floors. Finally we encapsulated the crawl space using the patented CleanSpace Encapsulate System. This was done in order to control the moisture content in the crawl space.
