This home had sagging floors that were causing damage to the hardwood floors. We also found that there was high moisture content in the crawlspace during inspection.
solution
Our solution was to encapsulate it with a 20mil CleanSpace HDPE liner, and to install 9 SmartJacks. Now this homeowner can have peace of mind knowing that their nice hardwood floors are safe from damage, and that the air they are breathing is now much cleaner.
