One side of this home was starting to break away from the rest of the house. This problem had persisted for awhile before the homeowners decided it was a serious problem that needed to be addressed and fixed. As soon as Tom saw the crack we knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.
solution
The solution for this home was to install four hydraulic piers to raise the portion of the home that was falling, and to ensure that it would not continue to do so. After a single day of work this home is now back to where it was when it was built forty plus years ago.
