We Have The Solutions Your Concrete Needs
We use the latest technology and techniques to repair, lift, level, seal, and protect your concrete.
Cracked Concrete
Cracks allow water to erode the soil below, causing further sinking and dangerous trip hazards. We seal these fractures and stabilize the slab to restore safety and curb appeal.
Sidewalk Repair
Sunken sidewalks create liability risks and ugly trip hazards for pedestrians. We quickly lift and level uneven sections, removing the danger without the expense of pouring new concrete.
Concrete Driveway Repair
A settling driveway creates bumps that damage your vehicle and lower your home’s value. Our lifting solution restores a smooth, level surface that can support the weight of your car.
Pool Deck Repair
Uneven concrete around your pool creates dangerous tripping hazards for bare feet. We level sunken slabs to eliminate sharp edges, ensuring your pool area is safe, beautiful, and ready for summer.
PolyLevel® Injection
Our modern alternative uses high-density polyurethane foam to lift slabs. It expands to fill voids, cures in minutes, and is waterproof, providing a permanent solution that won’t wash away.
Interior Slab Leveling
Sinking interior floors create gaps under baseboards and cause partition walls to pull away. We inject expanding foam through penny-sized holes to lift the slab back to level without disrupting your home.

How is PolyLevel® different from traditional mudjacking?
Mudjacking pumps a heavy cement slurry beneath your concrete, which adds more weight to the already weak soil and can cause further sinking. PolyLevel® uses a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam that is lightweight and waterproof. It lifts the slab without stressing the soil and will not wash out or degrade over time.
How long do I have to wait before I can use my driveway?
Unlike new concrete that takes days to cure, or mudjacking that takes 24 hours to dry, PolyLevel® cures within 15 to 30 minutes. You can walk on your sidewalk or drive your car into your garage almost immediately after our crew finishes the installation.
Will the injection holes be visible after the repair?
The injection holes for PolyLevel® are extremely small—about the size of a penny (⅝ of an inch)—making them much less invasive than the large soda-can-sized holes required for mudjacking. We patch these small holes with a color-matching grout, so the repair is clean and blends in with your existing concrete.
Is the PolyLevel® foam environmentally friendly?
Yes. PolyLevel® is made from inert, non-toxic materials that do not leach chemicals into the soil or groundwater. It is an environmentally safe solution that stabilizes your concrete without contaminating your yard or the local ecosystem.
Can you fix the cracks in the concrete as well as the sinking?
Yes. After leveling the slab with PolyLevel®, we use NexusPro®, a silicone-based sealant, to repair cracks and control joints. Unlike hardware store caulk, NexusPro® is UV-resistant and flexible, meaning it won’t crack, bubble, or dry out, providing a permanent seal against water intrusion.
