Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Chapin Garage Slab Raised with PolyLEVEL
Jonathon L. of Chapin, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his garage concrete slab had sunk over 3 inches. The stairs to enter his home via garage were not even touching the floor anymore, so he had two wood blocks to hold it up temporarily. PolyLEVEL technician and Production Crew Foreman TJ Harden and Production Crew Member Ryan McPherson used our patented polyurethane system to raise and stabilize his garage. Within a few hours, Jonathon could drive his car into his garage and walk into his home with confidence that the concrete slab was completely stabilized and raised to where it was once before!
Beginning of the project
Production Crew Member Ryan McPherson drills small holes throughout the concrete slab so that the PolyLEVEL can be injected underneath the slab and slowly raise it back into place.
Before
In the beginning of the process, you can see the gap between concrete slab and garage wall.
Injection of Poly
The injection hole is only the size of the penny; it is far less invasive than other solutions!
On the Job

Using Levels
Production Crew Foreman and PolyLEVEL Technician TJ Harden insures the best results by using a level to detect movement.
