The CleanSpace® division has operated since 2001 and serves nearly every part of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Are CleanSpace® dealers a franchise?
No. The dealerships are local, independently owned and operated companies, and the network is not a franchise. Dealers work cooperatively across the network, sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices. The headquarters also has a full-time Research and Development Department.
How do you choose contractors for the network?
Not just anyone can join. The network hand-picks dealerships from well-established, accomplished companies that are stable and reputable within their local area. Dealers specialize in crawl space repair and moisture control as a core function of their business, and they work in crawl spaces every day.
What training and support do CleanSpace® dealers receive?
Dealers get year-round training sessions at the headquarters, free of charge. Training covers customer service, sales, installation, system maintenance, and more, and dealers take in-house certification testing after each training.
