what is Street Creep?

Street creep is a phenomenon where concrete pavement, such as streets, driveways, or sidewalks, continuously expands due to thermal changes and gradually pushes against anything in its path, including garage floors and, eventually, a home’s foundation. Over time, this constant, slow-motion pressure can exert immense force on a foundation, leading to significant structural damage. The existing concrete will be cut to create the necessary gap for the CompressionGuard™ installation.

Foundation Repair (if needed)
