Wood Rot Replacement in Ladson, SC

Brian J. of Ladson, SC noticed creaking and unsturdy floors in his living room and kitchen. Brian called Cantey Foundation Specialists to set up a free estimate, and Cantey sent out System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand.

After checking the crawl space, Specialist Grayson explained to Brian that his creaking and sloping floors were unsafe because of molding and rotting wood beams.

A few days later, Production Crew Foreman Trey Dukes began replacing all the rotten wood beams and subfloor. Within a day, Brian’s floor problems were solved!

CleanSpace Helps Customer in Ladson, SC

Rick B. of Ladson, SC was retiring soon and did not want to have to worry about his crawl space issues anymore. Rick called Cantey Foundation Specialists to get a free estimate. System Design Specialists Grayson Forehand inspected the problem and recommended our CleanSpace System which included drainage matting, Sanidry CX dehumidifier, and our patented SmartSump sump pump. Our Sanidry CX dehumidifier pulls the moisture out of the air while our drainage matting and SmartSump prevents water from pooling in the crawlspace. Our CleanSpace System keeps the ground moisture out of the crawl space. Production Crew Foreman Israel Santana and his crew arrived at the job and installed all of these products to give Rick the peace of mind that he was looking for.

Helical Piers Change the Contractor Norm in Ladson, SC

William P. fell in love with an older home in Ladson, SC and decided to buy it. Knowing it was going to need some TLC, William was ready for the challenge. He set up shop and got to work on some basic home repairs before calling different contractors for renovations. That was before he began to notice all the cracks in the walls on one side of the home. Kendall determined that the lasting solution that William needed was Cantey’s, Helical Piers. The Helical Pier installation would start with the soil being removed from the area where the helical piers will be installed. Then each pier is drilled into the ground to find competent soil. A heavy-duty bracket is then positioned below the footing after which the weight of the home is transferred through the piers lifting the home back to its original position. William understood the trust other people had in Cantey because of Kendall’s knowledge of this product and scheduled the installation. Production Team Leader Juan Ramirez, Production Team Member Matthew Williams, and Production Team Member Robert Gardner came out and successfully installed the Helical Piers. William can now move forward with his renovations but knows he could never have a better experience with any another contractor.
