PolyLevel Gives Vintage Car Collectors Peace of Mind in Buffalo, SC

Patricia and Harvey K. have owned their home in Buffalo, SC for over 20 years. When they bought the house, they decided to build a separate garage on their property. This garage houses the vintage cars they have to participate in car shows. Recently when Harvey went down to the garage to get one of the cars ready for a show the next day, he noticed how much the driveway to the garage had sunk. They had previously noticed the concrete slabs sinking but it seemed to have gotten even worse in just a few weeks. As soon as Harvey told her, Patricia did some research online to find a company that could repair the driveway without replacing it. Patricia found Cantey Foundation Specialists and read the information on their website about the PolyLevel process. She scheduled an appointment with System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway. Ryan came out and met both Patricia and Harvey before surveying the driveway. He determined that their driveway could be lifted and stabilized with the PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete. Then a liquid PolyLevel is then injected underneath the concrete to fill all the voids. Seconds after the PolyLevel is injected, it begins to harden. As it hardens and expands, the PolyLevel creates lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Patricia and Harvey were impressed with what the PolyLevel process could do for them and scheduled an installation date. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Patricia and Harvey no longer have to worry about their driveway and recommend Cantey to all their car show friends who are having issues with their concrete. 

CleanSpace Saves Homeowners' Hard Work in Buffalo, SC

Gina W. just bought an older home in Buffalo, SC that she is working on fixing up. After watching HGTV for so many years, she decided to try her hand at working on a fixer-upper. She had completed most of the work when she noticed the moldy smell coming from the vents. She knew that the crawl space needed some work but had no idea what to do. Gina did some research online and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. She called in and scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. System Design Specialist Richard Murphy came out and did a thorough inspection of her crawl space. Richard found that Gina had a great deal of moisture that was collecting in her crawl space, causing mold growth. He told her that the only way to prevent further problems would be Cantey’s CleanSpace system. The CleanSpace system consists of a liner being measured and cut to fit the whole crawl space. The liner would then be attached using a spray foam adhesive to secure the bond between the CleanSpace material and the crawl space. This would create a barrier that would keep moisture from further damaging the crawl space and pull out any excess moisture. Gina did not want to have any further structural damage to the home she had worked so hard on so she scheduled the installation. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member Nick Riddick, and Production Team Member Brooks Walker came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Gina has finished all her renovations and feels more comfortable knowing that all her hard work is safe thanks to Cantey’s CleanSpace system.
