Smart Jacks Support Home for Future Generations in Salem, SC

Kimberly M. in a homeowner in Salem, SC who loves her kids very much. When speaking to her she showed us all the pictures of her kids throughout her house. This is a woman who wants to leave her kids something that they can depend on. She wants to leave her kids her house. She is, however, worried about the structural integrity of her home after all these years. She had noticed some sagging floors over the years and a high spot here and there but nothing that has concerned her too much. But, when she started noticing cracks in her door frames she got nervous. After seeing Cantey Foundations Specialists’ Facebook page she decided to give us a call. Specialist Jamie Beresford came out to her home for a free inspection and noticed that one of Kimberly’s walls was sagging and this was causing her problems. Jamie then explained to her that Cantey’s patented Smart Jack system was the solution to all her needs. Team Leader Israel, Team Member Jonathan, and Team Member Austin were quickly sent to Kimberly’s home and began working. They made efficient work of the project and installed all the Smart Jacks she needed. “I can not only feel but see the difference in my home now, it looks so much better. Like the day I bought it”, she proclaimed. “I’m so glad I got Cantey to do the work for me, it really has made a big difference.” Now Kimberly can pass her home to her kids without any worry, knowing that Cantey did the job right.

PolyLevel Renews Driveway in Seneca, SC

Joan M. built her dream home in Seneca, SC in 1990 and has loved it ever since. She plans on staying there indefinitely and like any home owner has to do repairs from time to time. Her driveway kept sinking lower and lower causing her to worry about driving up to her garage. She spoke with a company about fixing it but they wanted to replace her whole driveway which would be costly. Joan wanted to see what other options she might have. Her friendly neighbor suggested Cantey Foundation Specialists because they had done great work on her home. Joan gave Cantey a call and got an appointment with System Design Specialist Katherine Dillon. Katherine did her inspection and told Joan about Cantey’s PolyLevel process. The crew would drill small holes into the concrete where they would then use a specially designed gun to inject the PolyLevel underneath the concrete. The PolyLevel would come out as a liquid to be able to fill all the voids underneath the floor then quickly harden to form a solid foundation. Once the hardening process takes place, the concrete would begin to lift and level. Joan felt this was the right option for her and would be less costly than her alternative. Production Team Leader Aubrey McJunkin, Production Team Member Francisco Lopez, and Production Team Member Oscar Mota came out and successfully installed the PolyLevel system. Joan is happy with how her driveway is looking and is thankful for the work Cantey did.
