Cantey Foundation Specialists recently helped the Smiths family of Rock Hill, SC. Mrs. Smiths called us out because of concerns about her hardwood floors. She was wanting to put new flooring down in the future and wanted to make sure the sub floor would not have moisture problems. We installed a Clean Space System under the home to control any moisture concerns.

Edward E. nof Rock, Hill SC noticed small cracks forming on one corner of his home.  Worried his home had major foundation issues, he called Cantey Foundation Specialists.  We sent in our System Design Specialist to inspect Elliott’s home and give a free estimate.  The solution to Elliott’s foundation issues was to install two push piers on the one corner of his home.  This process would lift and stabilize his home without it ever settling again.  We were thrilled to provide Edward E. with peace of mind.

Angela and Ronald could not be happier with Cantey and the work they do. Cantey is the only place they will call for any of their crawl space or foundation needs.

Push Piers installed in Rock Hill

Tom B. was worried about one side of his house settling into the soil; he could already tell that one corner had sunk about a quarter inch, which was apparent through small cracks in the brick siding.  Tom’s new addition to his home was not completely stablized, so he called Cantey Foundation Specialists.  Through prior experience, he knew Cantey was the right company to call for a complete and timely solution to his foundation problems.

Production Crew and Project Manager Sean Hawkes, Production Crew Foreman Sixto Lopez, and Production Crew Member Mariano Amaya installed  four push piers on one side of Tom’s home.  

PolyLEVEL technicians TJ Harden and Ryan McPherson injected the polymer substance horizontally underneath the concrete slab floor.  Usually PolyLEVEL is used to lift and level concrete slabs, but in Tom’s case, the process was used to only fill the voids underneath and completely stabilize the floor.

In just two days, Cantey was able to supply Tom with the solution he needed for his problematic foundation problems.  Now, Tom does not have to worry about his home sinking further into the soil and causing any more foundation problems!
