Bob V. has found that selling a home sometimes is not an easy process. He decided to put his home in Travelers Rest, SC on the market after he and his wife decided to move to a different area to be closer to work. While a potential buyer was doing a walk through they tripped on the sidewalk. Bob had known of his sinking concrete before then but found that fixing this would take away the safety hazard as well as add value to his home. Bob’s brother had previously had work done on his concrete driveway and suggested Bob call Cantey Foundation Specialists. Bob called and was set up with System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway. Specialist Ryan came out and did an inspection on Bob’s sidewalk and found that his garage was also starting to have the same problem. Ryan explained to Bob that Cantey’s patented PolyLevel system would be the solution for him and add value to his home. The PolyLevel system starts with small holes being drilled into the concrete. The PolyLevel is then injected underneath the concrete as a liquid to be able to fill all the voids but then quickly harden to form a solid, strong foundation. Ryan told Bob that because the soil underneath is causing the concrete to sink, the PolyLevel would create a level foundation for the concrete to rest on instead of the soil. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner came out and successfully installed the PolyLevel system to Bob’s sidewalk and garage. Bob is now back to showing his home and is satisfied to know the value the PolyLevel system has added to his home.
