Challenge
This home owner called into the office after seeing us at the Palmetto Senior Show. He had a concrete front porch that was beginning to settle lower than the brick and wanted to know if we could help.
Solution
TJ went to the home and used our PolyLEVEL system to raise the concrete pad back to level. He was also able to fill the void underneath the porch to prevent future settling. Looking at the pictures you can see by the rod that TJ is holding just how far down the ground had settled. WOW - that's a lot!
