Cantey Begins Celebration of Holidays

As the holiday season comes rushing in, Cantey Foundation Specialists are busy preparing to give back to the community.  Whether cooking competitions, Christmas parades, or drop off location for Toys for Tots, Cantey is excited for the season of giving!

This Sunday October 31st, the Cantey team is competing in a Chili Cook Off Contest at Town Green in Camden, SC!  The United Way of Kershaw County is holding the Chili Event, and they have over 19 teams competing.  And what's the fun in just competing against other companies?  We wanna compete against ourselves!  We split Cantey into three teams: Cantey Can Cook It! (The Office Staff), Cantey's Secrete Selling Sauce (The Sales Team), and Cantey's Heavy Lifters (The Production Crew).  It begins at 10:30 am, and more information can be found on their website.  Pictures will be posted at a later date!

In addition to the Chili Cook Off, Cantey Foundation Specialists are preparing for two Christmas parades.  Cantey's #1 team is creating an awesome float for the Lugoff and Camden Christmas parades in December.  Cantey's theme of "The Christmas Foundation," will illustrate the tradition of Charlie Brown's Christmas.  We are excited to hand out candy and see our neighbors during this festive time, and show off our float of course!

Lastly, the Cantey Foundation Specialist office (located at 621 Rutledge Street in Camden, SC) is now a drop off location for the Toys for Tots campaign!  Please drop off any children’s toys, clothes, or essentials to our office so that we can give to families in need.  After the recent flood which devastated so many families, this Christmas is especially important to help out our community and the children who were effected.
