2016 Second Quarterly Meeting
On Friday July 22nd, 2016, the entire Cantey team took a day to reflect on the past quarter and plan on the next quarter. The day started with a meeting at 7:30 am, which covered our Beliefs as a company and also our Mission Statement. Owner William Cantey, Sales Manager Luke Stemple, and Project Manager Sean Hawkes all spoke to the 55 team members in attendance.
After the meeting, all Cantey employees were surprised with a team bonding adventure. The Amazing Cantey Race! Everyone was split into 5 teams and were assigned a pontoon boat, which they would race across Lake Wateree to 5 different stops. At the different stops, there were challenges including a mini-triathlon, a geocaching hunt, and rope knot team building exercise.
Everyone had a blast, and it was a real opportunity for our team to come together in fun and laughter while bonding and making stronger relationships with each other. Only through our strength as the #1 team can we give our customers the best experience possible.
All fun aside, there were still bragging rights to be won and one team stepped above the rest. The winners who came in first were....
