Cantey Foundation Specialists continue to grow daily with fresh faces and new talent.
Here at Cantey, we are continuously striving to create the best environment for our team. With possibilities to grow and strive for greatness daily, we try to arm our team with the knowledge and experience they need to be #1. We like to think of it as a ripple effect; what you put in is what you get out. Basically, our team is the most important part of our business because they represent who we are.
Owner William Cantey explained to the group his philosophy on redefining the work environment to build a team that could change the industry standard. Having a different kind of company that creates an unforgettable customer experience is what sets us apart. He believes that the culture that has been built here will make a lasting impression on our community and members of our team.
The learning process starts in the training room where team members share the wisdom they have with those just starting. It gives each new member an idea of the whole process that the customer moves through with our company to a finished product. There is a lot of work that goes into each day here at Cantey to make things happen.
The hands on experience begins in the Appointment Center where calls come in and appointments are made. This is the first direct contact we have with the customer. First impressions are indeed everything, and everyone working in the Appointment Center works hard to uphold that sentiment. Each appointment is carefully planned for our team of System Design Specialists to go out and meet our customers.
The Warehouse is a crucial part of the project process because it houses all our equipment and materials. Without organization, the Production Crew cannot easily gather what they need for jobs. Slowing the process as each step builds on the other.
Everyone that is a part of the company gets their hands dirty with some real hands-on experience. This is a teaching moment for not just our new Production Team Members but also for members of the Appointment Center, Accounting, Marketing, and Sales. Understanding just how hard our Production Crews work is vital to all members of our team to know how we serve our customers.
Our Production Team is often getting dirty and working in the heat, so the rest of our team got a chance to experience a day in the life of Production during Orientation. Each of the systems we install is unique so having each team member have a full understanding of each process helps everyone better assist our customers.
We are beyond happy to have all of these new members of our Cantey team and to be able to give them the experience to step in everyone else's shoes. For all of us to come together as a true team we have to know our role and the role of others. Each of us holds strengths that help us along our journey but also weaknesses. This is how our teammates come into play; we learn and grow together to overcome our obstacles. We're here not just to better our company but to better our people with a strong foundation.
