Job review from Wanda in Lexington, SC 29073 on 02/06/17

The only problem that I have is that they stated that it would not raise up my floor in the locations that the beams were installed. in fact where the 4'6" beam installed it has sagged more. They were extremely nice and worked hard but apparently the beams could not be put where the diagram indicated. My understanding is due to pipes located in that area. It has not helped at all in the location they put the smaller beam. I would of sent this survey sooner but few days after this insulation, I was admitted to the hospital with my heart and have had several things done to my heart.
