Sara S. is a homeowner is Kershaw, SC who has been living with sagging floors ever since she bought the house 25 years ago. This time he tells her that he doesn’t know what it could be, that it’s beyond his understanding at this point. Specialist Richard Early came out to Sara’s home and gave her a free inspection. After the inspection was done Richard explained to her that it wasn’t her floors that was the problem but her wall. “My wall!?”, she said. “Yes, your wall”, Richard replied. “Sagging walls can often cause rippling effects such as high and low points in your floors. That happens to be the case here”, he explained. He then explained how Cantey’s patented Smart Jack system was the solution to her problems. They made efficient and effective work of the situation installing the Smart Jacks for Sara. “I just can’t find the works to say how happy I am this mess is fixed now, it’s given me this much trouble I’m just glad it’s over”, Sara said. Robin M. just bought her first home about a year ago in Heath Springs, SC and loves living on her own for the first time. She did some cosmetic fixes to the inside of her home but did not feel like she needed to make any other adjustments to her home. Last month, she was going out to her garage where her laundry room is located and tripped over the concrete, spilling out all her clothes out of her basket. She had not noticed the concrete had slowly started to sink resulting in a dangerous tripping hazard. Robin worried for her safety as she just went to the garage to do laundry or get in the car. She called her father to see if he had any suggestions and he told her to call Cantey Foundation Specialists. He had seen their commercial on television about how they can raise and level concrete slabs. Robin made an appointment with System Design Specialist John Adams for an inspection. Once John had done an inspection on the concrete he told Robin that Cantey had a PolyLevel process that could solve her problem. This process would start with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the liquid PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab filling all the voids that may have formed from soil washout. The liquid PolyLevel would then harden within 15 minutes, lifting and stabilizing the concrete slab. This solution would be lasting and even come with a 5-year warranty. Robin agreed that this sounded like the solution she needed to make her garage safe again. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process.
