William M. has lived in Moncks Corner, SC for over 10 years now with his wife and children. He has always been a dedicated father and wants the best for his children. One of his daughters has really bad allergies and they seemed to only get worse. The doctor said it would possibly be her environment. William was told that because of the area they live in, there could be moisture in his crawl space. This could be the cause of his daughter's allergy problems. System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand arrived for the appointment and got right to the inspection. Grayson found that William's crawl space did have a great deal of moisture trapped that was not only making their air in the home harmful but also damaging the home. Grayson sat down with William to discuss the plan that he had drawn up to correct the moisture issues. Cantey's CleanSpace system keeps crawl spaces dry, keeps pests out, and creates cleaner air in the home. The CleanSpace system would consist of a thick liner of material that would cover the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. It would be secured with spray foam adhesive at the top to create a complete barrier between the ground and the crawl space. William believed the CleanSpace system could really help his daughter and he was sold. William, his daughter, and the rest of the family are breathing easier thanks to Cantey's CleanSpace system.

Hale Y. is a homeowner in Saint Stephen, SC. Hale has had bad experiences all around with contractors and those who have worked on his home. He previously had someone look underneath his home when his floors started sagging. The contractor did his inspection and told him what he needed. Hale, none the wiser, agreed to his plan and allowed him to begin working. A month or so later, Hale continued to have issues with his floors. This time he decided to let Cantey Foundation Specialists look at it. Specialists Katherine Dillion came out to Hale’s home for a free inspection. After, the inspection Katherine explained to Hale how the last person down there hadn’t done the job properly and even installed things wrong. She then explained that Cantey’s patented SmartJacks and CleanSpace was the solution that Hale was looking for. Team Leader Israel, Team Member Jonathan, and Team Member Austin came to Hale’s home and began working. They installed the CleanSpace and SmartJacks efficiently. After the project, Hale couldn’t believe how much better his floors felt. “With the other guy they felt decent, but this truly feels like it’s supposed to feel”, he said. Now Hale can relax knowing that Cantey did the job right the first time.

Joe H. called Cantey Foundation because his pool deck was cracking and settling creating not only aesthetic problems but also tripping hazards.  Production Crew Foreman TJ Harden was able to lift and level the concrete slab so that Joe no longer has to worry about such concerns!

Brad K. could not imagine owning a home anywhere but Johns Island, SC. He owns his own company and works very hard but he also likes to enjoy his free time. Johns Island allows him to get outdoors on hikes and going to the beach. Between working and getting out in his free time, he is often not at home. While leaving one day, he tripped over the sidewalk leading up the front door. He had not noticed that the concrete was sinking. Knowing the risk of a tripping hazard, he wanted to find a solution. One of Brad's friends was System Design Specialist Kendall Moore who worked for Cantey Foundation Specialists. He called him to see if there was a solution to this problem. Kendall came out to his home and took a look at the concrete slabs and determined that Cantey's PolyLevel process would make a perfect solution. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Brad trusted his friends' opinion and scheduled an installation date. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel solution. Brad is back to being worry free in the great outdoors thanks to a perfect solution from Cantey.
