Dave Mathis of Hanahan, SC noticed that he had sagging floors in his house. Dave called Cantey Foundation Specialists to come figure out a solution. System Design Specialist Kendall Moore inspected the crawl space only to find out there was wood rot along with the sagging floors. Meaghan and Lucas J. have lived in Hanahan, SC for about 10 years now. Their home has been a perfect size for their family. As the summer was starting, Meaghan started having problems with her allergies. When she went to the doctor and they asked if she had checked on her crawl space recently. It is then laid across the floor of the crawl space and then secured at the top using spray foam adhesive. This creates a barrier that keeps all of the moisture and pests out.
