Kimberly S. of Piedmont, SC had a tripping hazard in her driveway, and she hated the way it looked.  After hearing about Cantey Foundation Specialists' patented PolyLevel process, she called the office for a free estimate with our friendly Appointment Center.  Specialist Alex Lovette arrived a few days later to inspect the concrete slab, and he explained to Kimberly that the driveway had settled into the ground because of soil erosion.  As the soil moved, the heavy concrete slab moved with it causing a large crack and displacement.

Our PolyLevel system, which is a polyurethane foam that is pumped underneath the concrete slab through penny-size holes, would lift and stabilize her driveway.  Now, Kimberly has a beautifully level driveway and she does not have to worry about tripping hazards!

Don W. bought his dream home in Greenville, SC about a year ago. He has since been fully enjoying his retirement and relaxing in the home he always wanted. Over the last year, Don has noticed that the front porch steps have started to sink. He worried that this would ruin the entire porch if it was not resolved. He mentioned the issue to a neighbor and they suggested he call Cantey Foundation Specialists. Don called in and spoke with a representative at Cantey about their concrete leveling services. He was scheduled for a free inspection with System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway. Ryan arrived and did a thorough inspection, finding that Cantey's PolyLevel process would be perfect to lift and level his porch steps. The PolyLevel solution would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete. Then a liquid solution would be injected underneath the concrete that would fill all the void. This liquid would then expand and harden to create lift for the steps. Production Crew Leader Nick Collins and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel solution. Don now has level porch steps and recommends Cantey to any of his other neighbors in need of concrete repair.

Pat P. is among the management team at a church in Greenville, SC where unlevel sidewalks have created a hazard for everyone including children that attend the school there. Pat describes the church as a safe haven for the community but the concern of these sidewalks have been bothersome. There have been many complaints about this trip hazard, and the church does not want anyone getting hurt. Pat saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it one morning on her way to work. She gave them a call, and System Design Specialist Alexander Lovette came out to inspect the sidewalks around the church. After his inspection, he explained to Pat that he believed the solution to their problem was Cantey's PolyLevel system that would lift the sidewalk as well as create a stable foundation underneath. Alexander described that the crew would drill dime-sized holes into the concrete and then inject the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk which would fill any voids to create lift. Production Team Leader TJ Harden and Production Team Member Jeremey Wilson came out and successfully injected the sidewalks around the church. Pat and the management team now have the peace of mind that their safe haven has been fully restored. 

Cracks are not uncommon but can be worrisome and are certainly an eye sore. They are often signs of foundation issues such as settling or sagging floors.
