Teresa G. has lived in her Greer, SC home for about 10 years now. She and her husband love taking care of their home because it has been their biggest investment. When the concrete in their garage started to crack they had Cantey Foundation Specialists come out and repair it. During this inspection, System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey also looked over the crawl space. He found that there was also some rotten wood but Teresa and her husband were just concerned about the garage. A few months later, however, Teresa started to notice that the floor in the hall was sagging. She decided to call Cantey back out to see what they could do to replace the wood. System Design Specialist Nathan mapped out a plan to get the wood replaced and fix the floor in the hall. Teresa trusted Cantey to get the job done right because of the great job they had already done on the garage. Production Crew Leader Jonathan Lowder, Production Crew Member David Herbert, and Production Crew Member Dillon Price came out and effectively replaced the rotten wood. Teresa and her husband are once again impressed with Cantey and have referred several of their friends that have similar issues.
Tom and Debra H. have owned their Donalds, SC home for 15 years now. About 5 years ago, they decided to put in a pool for their grandchildren to enjoy. Since then, they have loved summers out by the pool with the grandchildren; swimming, laughing, and playing. A few months ago, before the weather got warmer, Tom and Debra noticed that the concrete around the pool was sinking. They worried about how this would create a problem when the weather got warmer. They definitely did not want any of their grandchildren getting hurt while having fun. They did a search online for concrete repair and found Cantey Foundation Specialsits. Debra called in and made an appointment with System Design Specialist Dallas Rabideaux. Dallas arrived for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of the pool deck. He then sat down with Tom and Debra and explained how Cantey's PolyLevel solution could lift and level their concrete. The PolyLevel solution would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. A liquid polyurethane would then be injected underneath the concrete. This liquid would expand and harden quickly to lift the concrete and permanently stabilize it. Tom and Debra knew this was the solution for them and scheduled an installation. Foreman Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Tom and Debra are now ready for another great summer with their grandchildren by the pool thanks to Cantey's solution.
Michael P.'s home in Simpsonville, SC had a massive rotting wood deck, which he decided to tear out and replace. When he tore out the deck, he realized that the foundation wall that it was connected to was also rotted out. After researching solutions online, he called Cantey Foundation Specialist for a free inspection and estimate. System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey explained to Michael that Cantey could replace all of his rotten wood rot with treated lumber. This would allow the new deck to be connected to something stable, and it would prevent future problems of wood rot or mold. Production Foreman Jonathan Driggers and his crew replaced all of the rotten wood, which in turn stabilized the foundation wall back into place. Now, Michael can begin rebuilding his new deck so that he could enjoy the rest of his summer!
The concrete located in and around Keith's sun room in his Simpsonville SC home was cracked and sinking to the point that the room could not be occupied. The cracks outside the sun room left the space vulnerable to water damage and Keith knew the problem would only continue to get worse. Cantey raised the sections of sunken concrete using our PolyLevel system and then sealed the remaining cracks with our NexusPro Sealant to protect against water and weather damages.
