Ray E. moved into his Aiken, SC home with his wife and children 25 years ago. He built the home when he found out his wife was pregnant with his second child. The home they were in just would not be big enough. Once they moved, they knew this was the home they would stay in. It was the true definition of home and it was their children's childhood home. As the liquid expands, it creates lift and stabilization for the slab. Within a matter of minutes, the solution hardens and forms a solid foundation under the slab. Ray believed in this solution and loved that it would cost less than replacement. Frances D. has lived in Aiken, SC for most of her life. She now lives close to her grandchildren and spends most of her time with them. Then a steel beam would be installed across the beams of the crawl space. A plate would be installed on top of the rock and the SmartJack would be installed on top. Once the SmartJack was level and secured to the beam above, it would be adjusted to create lift. Frances knew this system could give her the peace of mind that her home was safe.
