Jonathon L. of Chapin, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his garage concrete slab had sunk over 3 inches.  The stairs to enter his home via garage were not even touching the floor anymore, so he had two wood blocks to hold it up temporarily.  Using our patented PolyLEVEL system, Cantey was able to raise the concrete slab to the correct level.  It also stabilized the garage, so that the slab will never settle again!

Lisa C.'s home in Chapin, SC had drainage problems in the crawl space.  During her free inspection with Cantey Foundation Specialists, our System Design Specialist James Davis realized that the original sump pump was inadequate and faulty.  With our CleanSpace encapsulation system and SmartSump replacement, Lisa no longer has to worry about drainage or moisture issues in her crawl space!

Steve T. of Chapin, South Carolina had a fairly large stair-step crack along the exterior of his home, and he was worried that his foundation was compromised.  After seeing the Cantey trucks travelling around his area, he called Cantey for a free estimate.  System Design Specialist John Adams was sent to Steve's home, and John explained to customer Steve that the crack was a product of his home settling into the soil, which would become a major foundation issue if not corrected right away.  Shortly after, Production Crew Foreman Ryan Shirley installed a single helical pier and a single push piers, which lifted and permanently stabilized Steve's home!
