Brandon did a thorough inspection and found that the optimum solution for Suzan would be Cantey's Push Pier system. The Push Piers would be installed deep enough to reach competent spoil underneath the footing. The bracket of the Push Piers is then installed below the foundation's footing. Then hydraulics are used to drive the piers causing the weight of the home to be transferred through the pier to the competent soil below. This would then raise the home back to its original position. Suzan was impressed with Brandon's presentation and trusted that Cantey would fix her home properly. Suzan is beyond relieved that her home is finally stable and she can get back to relaxing with her dogs.
