Suzan M. bought her home in Irmo, SC after years of living in an apartment. She decided she wanted more space for her and her two dogs. Since buying the home Suzan has had to do little to repair it which she counted herself lucky for. She began to notice the corner of her home sinking and cracking. Not knowing how serious this could be, she did not pay it much mind. As the cracks got worse, Suzan began to worry more about the state of what was to be her forever home. She called a company to come out and take a look but after hearing their solution, she was not certain. She needed a second opinion and after doing an internet search found Cantey Foundation Specialists. She called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Brandon Privette. Brandon did a thorough inspection and found that the optimum solution for Suzan would be Cantey's Push Pier system. The Push Piers would be installed deep enough to reach competent spoil underneath the footing. The bracket of the Push Piers is then installed below the foundation's footing. Then hydraulics are used to drive the piers causing the weight of the home to be transferred through the pier to the competent soil below. This would then raise the home back to its original position. Suzan was impressed with Brandon's presentation and trusted that Cantey would fix her home properly. Suzan is beyond relieved that her home is finally stable and she can get back to relaxing with her dogs.

He mapped out a plan for the wood to be replaced and told the couple that one of the crews could have all of the wood replaced in two days. Nancy G. has owned her home with her husband in Irmo, SC since her children were small. Now that all the kids have grown up, she and her husband have worked on many projects together. No kids meant they had more time to do the different improvements they had always wanted to their home. Nancy had always heard of encapsulations for crawl spaces and thought it was a great idea. She and her husband already used their crawl space for some storage but this would allow them to utilize the whole space. The CleanSpace system starts with a liner being installed around the walls and piers. It is then laid across the floor of the crawl space and then secured at the top using spray foam adhesive. This creates a barrier that keeps all of the moisture and pests out. This would make a perfect area for all Nancy and her husband's storage needs. They scheduled an installation that day and two weeks later the crew arrived. As the season slowly changed from spring to summer, customer Chad W. of Lexington, SC uncovered and began cleaning his pool.  He noticed numerous cracks in the perimeter concrete slabs, which created tripping hazards for friends and family.  Calling Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free estimate, System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford inspected the pool and recommended our patented PolyLEVEL process.  Production Crew Foreman and PolyLEVEL Specialist TJ Harden injected the polyurethane underneath the concrete pool deck and lifted it back into place.  Now, customer Chad W. does not have to worry about anyone stubbing their toes while jumping into the pool during the beautiful summer season!
