Homeowner Delores R. from Orangeburg, SC started to notice visible sagging on her kitchen floor. Delores just wanted her home to be right, the way it was supposed to be. After giving the home a thorough inspection Jamie explained to Delores that the piers underneath her home had begun to settle. This concerned Delores but Jamie clarified that there was an easy and lasting solution to her problem. He suggested that Cantey's patented SmartJack system be installed to help resist the settling ground underneath her home and at the same time create a lift that would fix the floor in her kitchen. Production Team Leader Israel and Production Team Member Jonathan came out and successfully installed the SmartJacks system to Delores' home. Delores is now enjoying her new, safe kitchen floor with her family and she is thankful to Cantey for making her home right as it is supposed to be.

He gave Cantey Foundation Specialists a call after hearing some testimonials from different people in the community about the work they do. System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford came out and took a look at Dallas' crawl space where he found a rotting beam in the center of the home. He suggested to Dallas that this beam be replaced with the help of one of Cantey's crews. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Austin Boan came out and successfully removed the rotting beam and replaced it with a brand new beam. Dallas is now feeling much better in his home, thanks to the work that Cantey did to protect not only the home but the homeowner. 

Larry S. has been a homeowner in Lugoff, SC for some time but has finally decided it is time to move to be closer to his children. He has enjoyed this home however, his family is more important than ever with his first grandchild on the way. To get his home ready to sell he had to have it inspected to check for any fixes he needed to make. The inspection of the crawl space found termite damage that needed to be replaced before putting the home on the market. The inspector suggested that Larry call Cantey Foundation Specialists because they did excellent woodworking. Larry called in and set an appointment with System Design Specialist Richard Early. Richard went through the crawl space and found the damaged areas of wood. Richard assured Larry that Cantey could replace the damaged wood in his crawl space with no problem. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member Nick Riddick, and Production Team Member David Herbert came out and successfully replaced the wood. Larry now has his home on the market and is sure that the repair Cantey did will add value to his home.
