This Westville, SC driveway had significant settling leading to tripping hazards and lowered property values. Cantey Foundation Specialists was able to restore is using their lightweight polylevel lifting foam in only one day. 

The chimney on this house had begun to pull away. The homeowners were worried that it might eventually lean enough to cause it to fall over - and they were right. We installed two piers on either side of the chimney in order to lift it and make it stop retracting from the home.

After the flood, Julia R. from Camden called Cantey Foundation Specialists with a whole array of problems.  The first project?  Draining her crawl space of any water, decreasing the humidity so living organisms would not grow, stabilizing her floor through our SmartJack system, and encapsulating her whole crawl space to prevent further damage of rotting or mold.  

David P. noticed moisture, erosion, standing water, mildew and mold throughout his crawlspace in his Camden home, so he called Cantey Foundation Specialists.  Cantey was happy to help find the solutions to David's problems by installing SmartJacks and a crawl space liner!

System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford performed a full home inspection for free, and he left them with a solid solution and estimate.  A few weeks later, Cantey's Production Crew led by Foreman Israel Santana installed four SmartJacks and 20 ft of Supplemental Beam, which replaced the insufficient concrete piers, and lifted and leveled the living room and kitchen back into place.  James and Harvee now can walk through their kitchen and living room without the fear of the floor falling underneath their feet.
