When the crew came to my house to complete the work, the foreman [Dallas Darity] explained that the piers would lift and stabilize my home, but it may not be able to close the horizontal cracks as promised by the sales guy.  Upon further discussion, the foreman was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The crew was then able to overcome most of the obstacles to make me a happy, satisfied customer, and they did just that.  I was thoroughly impressed. 10/10!

The process did not go as planned, as they weren't able to fix the entire porch.  They were worried that the foam was too high pressured and didn't want to risk damaging the entire porch, which I understood.  They still got a good lift out of it, and there is the warranty too.  So I'm pretty happy with the results even though they weren't perfect.  The crew was very nice and informative and they explained everything in layman's terms.  9/10.

I was very satisfied with the work done by not only the professional and accomodating installation crew but also the informative and accessible salesman James Davis.  To be honest, James Davis' presentation was one of the top reasons I chose Cantey for this job.  Another reason was the cost, value, and options were better than their competitors.

I chose Cantey Foundation Specialist because their website showed an example of the exact problem I was having with my sidewalk. I gave the installer, Blake, specific details on how I wanted my sidewalk to pitch slightly away from my home and he did that exactly. Now, when it rains, the water flows away from my house just like I want it to. I am so happy I chose to work with Cantey Foundation Specialists. I would definitely hire them for another job and recommend them to my friends and family.
