I was completely surprised by the politeness of the crew... they asked me where the best place to lay out the tarps for the debris removal because they knew I was concerned about my lawn.  They even took their shoes off before coming inside my home to speak to me.  I am so happy, 10/10.

I knew I was the afternoon job for the crew, but nonetheless the foreman called me first thing in the morning to tell me he would be here around 2pm. He kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know his job was running a little long, so that I knew I could run errands if I wanted to.  He called me when he was on his way and was very polite and apologetic when he showed up.  I just appreciated his communication to let me know I was as important as the other customer, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The crew was very professional, they arrived early and finished the job early. By far the most reliable construction crew I've ever seen. Their clean up was immaculate and they were very professional. It was just an all around great experience as my home is over 100 years old with little work ever having been done to it.
