Recently we had a customer call us in Charlotte, NC complaining of her wall framing separating from top plate. There was a half inch crack in sheetrock in living room, the doors are not closing in living room, closet, and bedroom. The System Design Specialists also found a few cracks on exterior brick. This home was on a slab so a concrete solution would have to be the way to go. With our PolyLevel Lift, these issue were easily addressed and the Peterson family could not be more pleased.
Another example in Charlotte, NC of how a PolyLevel could be the solution for interior cracks, hard to shut, or sticking doors, and even exterior cracks, on slab homes.
Before and After of a concrete lift using PolyLevel Injection.
George R. is a homeowner and furniture builder in Elgin, SC. Many years ago he decided to use his talent as a woodworker to build furniture pieces for sale. This became his perfect job because it allowed him to work from home and have a passion for his work. His workshop is used daily and recently he began to notice that the concrete floor had begun to sink. He did not want his workshop to lose integrity nor cause harm to any of his furniture. While at the hardware store getting supplies for the week he saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it. He called the number to see if they could possibly lift the flooring in his workshop. He was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford. Jamie arrived for the appointment and did an inspection on the concrete floor. Jamie told George that the solution that his workshop needed was Cantey's PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. George felt like the PolyLevel would bring back the integrity of his workshop and wanted to move forward with the installation. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Joshua Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. George is back to making beautiful furniture worry-free thanks to Cantey's PolyLevel solution.
