Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Kimberly S. of Piedmont, SC had a tripping hazard in her driveway, and she hated the way it looked.  After hearing about Cantey Foundation Specialists' patented PolyLevel process, she called the office for a free estimate with our friendly Appointment Center.  Specialist Alex Lovette arrived a few days later to inspect the concrete slab, and he explained to Kimberly that the driveway had settled into the ground because of soil erosion.  As the soil moved, the heavy concrete slab moved with it causing a large crack and displacement.

Our PolyLevel system, which is a polyurethane foam that is pumped underneath the concrete slab through penny-size holes, would lift and stabilize her driveway.  Now, Kimberly has a beautifully level driveway and she does not have to worry about tripping hazards!

Don W. bought his dream home in Greenville, SC about a year ago. He has since been fully enjoying his retirement and relaxing in the home he always wanted. Over the last year, Don has noticed that the front porch steps have started to sink. He worried that this would ruin the entire porch if it was not resolved. Ryan arrived and did a thorough inspection, finding that Cantey's PolyLevel process would be perfect to lift and level his porch steps. The PolyLevel solution would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete. Then a liquid solution would be injected underneath the concrete that would fill all the void. This liquid would then expand and harden to create lift for the steps. Production Crew Leader Nick Collins and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel solution. Don now has level porch steps and recommends Cantey to any of his other neighbors in need of concrete repair.

Pat P. is among the management team at a church in Greenville, SC where unlevel sidewalks have created a hazard for everyone including children that attend the school there. Pat describes the church as a safe haven for the community but the concern of these sidewalks have been bothersome. Alexander described that the crew would drill dime-sized holes into the concrete and then inject the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk which would fill any voids to create lift. Production Team Leader TJ Harden and Production Team Member Jeremey Wilson came out and successfully injected the sidewalks around the church. Pat and the management team now have the peace of mind that their safe haven has been fully restored. 

Robert H. is a homeowner in Greenville, SC. Robert likes to tend to his yard on the weekends and other days he has off. He has a wide variety of shrubs and bushes lining his driveways and near his home. These aesthetic properties require constant maintenance to continue to look sharp and impressive to wondering eyes. Robert enjoys maintaining his homes shrubbery because he likes his home to look the best it can. That’s why when Robert saw that his home’s walkway was sinking he knew he had to do something. Robert heard about Cantey Foundation Specialists on the radio and decided to give us a call. Specialist Ryan Holloway came out to Robert’s home for a free inspection. After the inspection, Ryan explained to him that his walkway was settling due to erosion pulling away the dirt underneath. He then went on to explain that how Cantey’s patented PolyLevel process was the solution he was looking for. PolyLevel combines resin and iso to make a foam like liquid that expands and hardens. This combination lifts and levels the concrete slab. Team Leader Roberto and Team Member Nick came out to Robert’s home and efficiently injected the PolyLevel. After the project, Robert was so happy that his walkway was back to normal. Now Robert can go back to making sure his yard looks it’s best thanks to Cantey.
