Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Mark N. inherited his Columbia, SC home several years ago and has since rented it to a wonderful tenant. Mark wanted to rent to provide an extra income for his family. The tenant, Pam, was good about calling if something was wrong and Mark was happy to help. One day, Mark got a call that his tenant had fallen because of the dip in the kitchen. Mark had been meaning to get someone out to look at it and this was all the more reason. He did a search online and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. System Design Specialist Richard Early came out and thoroughly inspected the floor and underneath in the crawl space. Richard found that an old refrigerator leak had caused the wood to rot under that section of the kitchen. Richard suggested having Cantey support the beams as well as replace the subfloor. Mark agreed that the work needed to be taken care of and he trusted Cantey to do the job right. Mark no longer worries about his tenant and is thankful that he found Cantey.
