This customer in Hartsville called Cantey Foundation Specialists after finding an alarming crack in their floor that extended from the family room to the front foyer. James Campbell, one of our specialists, was able to properly diagnose the source of this crack and provide an easy and affordable solution for the family.

Solution

In order to fix both the symptom of the foundation problem, the crack, and to repair the foundation itself our system design specialist decided to install a smart jack, cast-in-place footings, and supplemental beams. Now this Hartsville, SC crawl space foundation is secure!
