Challenge

The Fraziers discovered a crack in the brick of their 1970's home and wanted to have it sealed up. The back corner of the home was settling and two doors would not lock properly. 

Solution

The best solution for this problem was a simple 7 push pier system. After the work was completed all of the doors locked and unlocked without any extra pressure, and many of the exterior wall cracks were sealed! This is a great example of how the right solution can resolve your settling foundation.
