Norvell P. noticed settlement issues and sagging floors throughout his mother's home in Fort Mill, SC.  He said, "The kitchen floor seems to have spots where I can feel it dipping down and sinking down."  In order to protect their investment, Norvell researched online and found CanteyCanFixIt.com.  Shortly after, System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford inspected the home, and he found rotten wood beams throughout the crawl space.  Knowing the structure was weakened because of the wood rot, Specialist Jamie advised that Norvell replace the wood rot right away so that the house would be structurally sound.   The Production Crew led by Foreman Matt Garcia replaced the outer rim joists and joist sisters with our treated lumber, and then pushed 3 Piers to stabilize the foundation from any future movement.  Norvell and his mother can now relax knowing that the home is safe to live in for many years to come!

While trimming the grass, a landscaping company noticed numerous cracks on the exterior of a customer's home.  The landscaping company showed the customer Anthony T. of West Columbia, SC the exterior cracks and referred him to Cantey Foundation Specialists.  Anthony called Cantey the next day to receive a free inspection, and System Design Specialist David McNamee arrived a few days later to diagnose the problem with the correct solution. Specialist David recommended installing four Push Piers to lift the affected corner of the home back into place and correctly stabilizing it.  Production Crew Foreman Ryan Shirley hydraulically pushed the piers to stable soil that could support the weight of the home.  By finding this perfect soil, the piers were able to lift the home back into place thus closing the exterior cracks.  Now, customer Anthony can be confident that his home will no longer have foundation settlement issues!

Ester & Steven H. of West Columbia, SC wanted to fix cracks found throughout the exterior of their home, and they also wanted to prevent future foundation issues.  After hearing Cantey Foundation Specialists on 107.5 THE GAME on the radio, Ester called to make an appointment for the free inspection.  System Design Specialist James Davis examined not only the exterior of their home, but also the interior and crawl space.  Specialist James' solution for Ester & Steven was to push seven piers deep into the ground to help lift and stabilize their home back into place.  Now, Ester & Steven no longer have the ugly visible cracks in the exterior of their home, but they can also be confident that foundation issues is a worry of the past.

Joe V. just bought a home for his family in West Columbia, SC with the intention of fixing it up. It will be the perfect home for his family when he is finished. When he started mapping out a plan, he decided that ultimately he needed to start with the foundation. Fixing this home from the ground up seemed like the best course to take. A heavy-duty steel bracket is then attached to the foundation's footing. The weight of the home is then transferred through the piers to the competent soil that was found below. These Push Piers can not only give lift to the home but permanently stabilize. Joe believed the Push Pier system would give him a great start to making this the perfect home for his family. Production Team Member Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Mariano Valdovines, and Production Team Member Jose Lopez came out and effectively installed the Push Pier system. Joe is amazed by the results of the Push Pier installation and believes that this house is well on its way to become home to his family.
