Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Katie D. has lived in her Anderson, SC home for quite some time. Being a single woman means that Katie often has to do her own home repair. Luckily her dad taught her a thing or two when she was growing up. Recently, however, there was a problem had come up that Katie simply did not know what to do. She loves sitting on her screened in porch in the evenings but over time she noticed that the floor was unlevel. She had no idea who to call or trust with this kind of repair. The temporary piers that had been installed could not do the job. Nathan suggested Cantey's SmartJack system to Katie. He explained that the system would start with holes that would be filled with engineered gravel. This would be a solid base that would not sink over time like soil. Then a metal plate would be installed on top of the gravel and a metal beam would be installed over the existing wooden beams. A SmartJack would then be secured to the top beam and the bottom plate. Once the SmartJack is level, it is then adjusted to create the lift that the floor above needs. After seeing the pictures of what was holding up her floor, Katie knew she needed something that could permanently give her peace of mind. Katie is now back to enjoying her screened in porch in the evenings now that her floor is perfectly level and supported.

Homeowner Chris W. is from Williamston, SC and like others, he is often very busy. Chris owns his own business so he is always on the go and often does not have much time for anything but work. He got a call one day from his neighbor telling him about the crack he saw on the side of Chris' house. Chris took a look and his neighbor was right, there was a crack and he worried it would only get worse. He did not have time to waste so he wanted to find the right company immediately. System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey came to Chris' home for an inspection and recommended to Chris that he have Push Piers installed as a lasting solution. These Push Piers would be inserted into the ground next to the cracked area deep enough to find competent soil that could handle the weight of the home. Then a heavy-duty steel bracket is placed on the bottom of the foundation footing. The Push Pier then uses the push against the competent soil to raise the foundation of the home. Chris agreed that this was the lasting solution he wanted. Production Team Leader Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Mariano Valdovines, and Production Team Member Jose Lopez came out and successfully installed the Push Pier system. Chris is back to business as usual without having to worry about any further damage to his home.

Larry G. is a homeowner in Piedmont, SC who has an issue with his home's foundation. Larry began to notice that a crack had appeared on the side of his house, and as time went on it only got worse. Larry was so thrilled that we were able to raise his home's foundation back into place, and he is satisfied knowing that our solution is designed to last. Larry can finally have peace of mind about that his foundation is permanently secure thanks to Cantey.
