I am very pleased with the overall experience. The bottom line was the quality of the job. The lead repairman was excellent (both were good), when I had a question or concern he took the time to listen and explain. I had read all of the information sent to me by the company and already knew much of what the specialist was telling me during the initial inspection. He was thorough and very "likeable". He made me feel comfortable around him as well.

We had cracks in our brick and could tell one corner of the house was beginning to drop. Your crew was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Matt explained everything to us and shared pictures with us during the process. We are very pleased. It was a wonderful experience.  

I looked up Cantey through the internet, and I am very satisfied with the work they did for me.  The salesman was a good man and was very knowledgeable.  Matt, the man ahead of the installation crew, was the best. If I have any more work done, I want his crew again!

I was VERY pleased with the crew that came out. I couldn't have asked for a better crew even if I handpicked them myself. They went above and beyond. I still have the sign my yard hoping someone else needs this kind of work, I don't plan on taking it down anytime soon!

The production guys were very professional.  You could really tell they were concerned with my needs as a customer, and it was amazing how well they cleaned up.  They even walked me through everything and made sure I was happy before they left.

Everything went exceptionally well.  They got it done quickly, and they cleaned up nicely.  Very respectful group of guys and walked me through every step on the way.

When the crew showed up at my home, they began working and then stopped shortly after.  The foreman came to my door and explained that the work was quoted incorrectly.  I figured he was just trying to add money, but in all honesty it ended up that the specialist was completely wrong and that there wasn't a settlement issue but a different issue that they could not fix. Instead of just charging me $10k and doing the work anyways, the foreman explained what happened and why.  He apologized that they could not help me, but I was just so happy to meet a company that was honest and helpful.  Although I didn't have any work done, I would recommend them to anyone just because of their honesty.

Grayson sold me on himself and your company during the first initial visit and in his presentation and proposal. I was very impressed with Sixto, the installation crew and office staff. 

The installation crew and office staff were very professional, and they were courteous and understanding of my time.  The specialist gave an excellent presentation, and you could really tell he was a people person.  I chose Cantey because of their willingness to respond quickly with a free estimate and resource to funding.

Communications prior to installation were consistent and prompt. Installation efficient and well done with attention to clean work area and adhered to COVID standards. Well done!
