The sales rep was very thorough & spent over two hours at my home explaining the process and answering all of my questions. The technicians were very professional and considerate. Each one introduced himself to me then went right to work. It took them about a day & a half to complete our crawl space encapsulation. We were very impressed with this company. They even sent us a $50 check for referring another family to their company. We highly recommend Cantey!

Absolute great from beginning to end! The job was done perfectly with a positive approach from the installers Estevan, David, Jonathan, and Justin. Communication and attitudes were spot on. So surprised there is actually still good hard working nice people around! Well exceeded my expectations! Just when I had given up on ever getting anybody to do a good job anymore... these guys didn't think about not doing it right. From the very beginning, all my questions and concerns were answered before I could even ask them. They all made a very difficult job look enjoyable. Hats off to leaving my place in perfect order. Without a crew like this to do the work then no company is any good. This crew makes Cantey what it is... great! I chose Cantey hoping for the best but preparing for the worse. If all your crews and salespeople are like the one I dealt with, there is no telling just how well Cantey will continue to do in the future. Thanks again for everything. I would actually feel safe sleeping in my crawlspace, but maybe if I continue to keep my wife happy... I won't need to😆.

Dustin and Kasey were very professional, straight-forward and forthcoming. Both put themselves in my position and gave great advice on how to solve my issues. Although I could not do the water guard installation as previously planned due to the way my home was originally built onto mono slab, Dustin provided a great alternative solution to help in waterproofing my basement.

Sixto and his crew did a fantastic job! They let me go into the crawlspace with them and explained everything they were doing while they were doing it. I will definitely refer you guys to anyone who needs these services.

The crew was great, they worked their butts off.  We had a few issues in the beginning, but Matt worked everything out and found the best answer to our drainage problem.  He was super!

Everything went well from start to finish. First, Dallas came to give us an estimate based on our needs. He was very thorough, measuring and taking pictures of the affected areas of the house and its corresponding support in the cellar. He also mapped out a chart for the crew so they would know exactly where to work and what needed to be done. The day the work began, Dallas was here to coordinate with the 3-man crew. There was constant communication between us, checking floors, etc., as they went along, and they replaced the dirt and vapor barrier when they were through. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

The whole process went very good, the guys were very polite and explained everything they were doing.  My husband went down to the crawl space after they left to double check their work, and he was surprised to see that they had taped the existing vapor barrier to the piers to seal it up... and it wasn't even the product we bought from them!  They went above and beyond!

Our finished basement serves as our primary living room and it was leaking constantly.  After big rains, we would have to manually pump water out each time it flooded, and it became such a nuisance.  We hired Cantey believing the job would be done right the first time, and we were not disappointed.  The crew was very nice and cleaned up after themselves.  Cantey fixed it up right, and we haven't had flooding problems since.
