Barbara F. has owned an office building in Belton, SC for almost 10 years now. She has had several businesses reside in the building and she loves helping them make the most of their renting space. Over the years she has done upgrades to the building but recently she noticed the parking lot needed attention. Two years ago, she noticed a place on the far end of the parking lot that was sinking. Unfortunately, this section only got worse over time and was causing issues for parking and water drainage. She made a search online for a company that could help her with her concrete issues. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists and saw that they provide free inspections and estimates. She set up an appointment and met System Design Specialist TJ Harden at the property. TJ did a thorough inspection of the area that was causing issues. He then sat down with Barbara to explain how Cantey's PolyLevel solution could fix this issue. The process would begin with the crew drilling small holes through the concrete. Then the PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete slab. This liquid solution would then expand, creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Within minutes this solution hardens to form a stable foundation underneath. Barbara not only believed this process could solve the issue in the parking lot but would cost less than replacement. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out for the scheduled installation and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Barbara and her tenants now have peace of mind that the parking lot will no longer flood and cause issues.
Tyler R. of Taylors, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists to fix their enclosed porch. From settling into the soil, Tyler's concrete porch had weakened and created a huge crack in front of the doorway to the corner of the porch. Using the PolyLEVEL process, Cantey's foreman TJ injected the polymer underneath the porch and raised it back to its original position. Because the polymer hardens within 2 minutes, the porch was completely stabilized. Now the crack is barely visible because the gap is gone!
Tim C. is a homeowner in Taylors, SC who has had some problem with his foundation for some time now. His foundation is settling and it is creating cracks in his walls. These cracks are letting in moisture and causing a build up of mold and mildew to appear. Tim said he was tired of constantly fixing it and getting rid of the mold just for it to appear again. After the latest crack width increase he decided that is was time to get help, he called Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection. Specialist Kendall Moore came out to Tim's home and explained to him that the problem he was having was his foundation was settling it was allowing moisture to enter his home. He then explained that Cantey's patented Smart Jack system and Drain Tile was the solution that he was looking for. Team Leader Israel, Team Member Jonathan, and Team Member Austin were quickly dispatched to Tim's home and made efficient work of the situation. "Wow, that amazing. I cant believe that you raised my home that much", Tim said. "I thought I'd never get rid of that crack." Now Tim can focus on repairing his walls without worrying about the crack reappearing or the mold returning.
Lisa H. moved into her Taylors, SC home in 2010 and has been a happy homeowner since. Getting her home just right was a task but she managed to find all the right decor to make her home truly feel like home. Of course, there are aspects of owning a home that Lisa had no prior experience with. Her friend had work done on her crawl space by Cantey Foundation Specialists and Lisa asked what kind of problems could arise that would cause the need for repair. Her friend suggested that she call Cantey and schedule a free, no-obligation inspection. Lisa did just that and the next week she met with System Design Specialist Katherine Dillon. Katherine did a thorough inspection and afterward showed Lisa the pictures as well as the readings she took. These showed that Lisa had a moisture problem in her crawl space that would negatively affect her home and the air she breathed. Katherine told her about Cantey's CleanSpace system which would begin with the installation of drain matting on the crawl space floor to ease moisture out of the crawl space. Then a thick lining of CleanSpace material would be installed over the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. The lining would be secured with spray foam adhesive to solidify the bond between the crawl space and this protective layer. Lisa was sure that the CleanSpace system would be a good investment towards her home and health. Production Team Leader Estevan Lopez, Production Team Member John Whitaker, and Production Team Member David Watson came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Lisa is an even happier homeowner now with her CleanSpace system installed and the peace of mind that it is a lasting solution.
