Randall C. just bought his historic home in Abbeville, SC to be his forever home. Historic homes are often beautiful, however, tend to need a good amount of repair. He has started to do some restoration inside the home but was worried about the condition of the crawl space. Randall is continuing to move forward with his restoration efforts and is pleased to no longer have to worry about the condition of his crawl space.

After seeing Cantey Foundation Specialists in the local Money Mailer, Harry called to make an appointment for a free estimate. System Design Specialist Brian West performed a full home inspection, and he left Harry with a free estimate of the work we could complete for him.  The work needed in Harry's home included our patented SmartJack System because the center beam was bowing and settling.  The SmartJack System, which included seven SmartJacks and supplemental beams, was installed under the breakfast area, den, and living room. The Production Crew led by Israel Santana were able to lift and stabilize Harry's sagging floors back into place!  Now, Harry can walk around his home without the annoying squeaking sounds and sloping areas of the floor.

Buying a home can be a nerve-wrecking experience, in Katheryn's case it's a little more than that. Katheryn finally found the perfect home for her, the one she said she wants to live in the rest of her life.  As she was getting ready to buy it, they found a problem with the foundation. Michael is our Chief Financial Officer at Cantey. He is responsible for all of our accounting functions including financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, and expense management. His determination, goal seeking strategies, work orientation and easy goingness are a great addition to our Cantey team.

Before Michael joined our #1 team, he worked as the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of two other companies. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and with his knowledge and foresight he has really made a difference to the Cantey team.

Purpose outside of work: Michael loves spending time with his family, and he also enjoys exercising and traveling.
