I am very pleased with the overall experience. The bottom line was the quality of the job. The lead repairman was excellent (both were good), when I had a question or concern he took the time to listen and explain. I had read all of the information sent to me by the company and already knew much of what the specialist was telling me during the initial inspection. He was thorough and very "likeable". He made me feel comfortable around him as well.

We had cracks in our brick and could tell one corner of the house was beginning to drop. Your crew was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Matt explained everything to us and shared pictures with us during the process. We are very pleased. It was a wonderful experience.

The Cantey crew just left tonight after working on my kitchen floor for seven days. System Design Specialist Michael Wilson set up the plan for repair of our kitchen floor with precision and great care. He was concerned because the damage was extensive and critical. They were so careful to replace the rotten wood under the floor. They decided not to tear out the tile floor and work from the top down but to go under the house and do their work there. Hunter Decker (and Upstate crew were) professional and determined to not to damage anything. The area where they had to work was very tight but they never complained. I would highly recommend this company. Their motto is "Cantey Can Fix It" and they can!

Good presentation by the salesman, and the area was cleaned up and all refuse taken away by a friendly and qualified installation crew.  Cantey definitely has the ability to do this scope of work and have plenty of experience doing it.

I was VERY pleased with the crew that came out. I couldn't have asked for a better crew even if I handpicked them myself. They went above and beyond. I still have the sign my yard hoping someone else needs this kind of work, I don't plan on taking it down anytime soon!

The production guys were very professional.  You could really tell they were concerned with my needs as a customer, and it was amazing how well they cleaned up.  They even walked me through everything and made sure I was happy before they left.

When the crew showed up at my home, they began working and then stopped shortly after.  The foreman came to my door and explained that the work was quoted incorrectly.  I figured he was just trying to add money, but in all honesty it ended up that the specialist was completely wrong and that there wasn't a settlement issue but a different issue that they could not fix. Instead of just charging me $10k and doing the work anyways, the foreman explained what happened and why.  He apologized that they could not help me, but I was just so happy to meet a company that was honest and helpful.  Although I didn't have any work done, I would recommend them to anyone just because of their honesty.

Everything went exceptionally well.  They got it done quickly, and they cleaned up nicely.  Very respectful group of guys and walked me through every step on the way.

Everything went according to plan.  Showed up on time, communicated efficiently.  10/10 rating.
