I am very satisfied with the work Cantey completed for me.  Laurie [in the call center] was very pleasant and helpful.  Matt Garcia the foreman and Jason and Dallas were superb.  Matt was professional, answered questions, and cleaned up the dust and dirt made from coming in and out of the house.  Sean [Production Crew manager] was great too.  I already referred two of my friend's names to Jason [the sales representative].

I had many questions about this PolyLevel foam lift, and the installer TJ was very kind and answered all of my questions.  He's a real genuine guy and I enjoyed learning something new!

There was a little misunderstanding between what the sales guy said the PolyLevel could do and the installer himself.  They couldn't lift the sidewalk completely up because there were some unforeseen problems.  TJ explained why he couldn't make it completely level, but that he could raise it the sidewalk a substantial amount. Although it's not completely level, it is a lot better than what it was and they made sure I was a happy customer by communicating openly with me the whole time.

I am very pleased with the whole job because it went so smooth.  I am even more impressed with Trey Dukes work ethic and cleanliness!

We are both absolutely satisfied with the job done for us by Cantey.  The installation crew are very professional and hard workers.  The office staff are excellent.  The salesman was professional in all aspects.  We were most pleased with all the work done.  The electrician that we used (Mike) specializes in doing the electrical work for encapsulation of crawl spaces, but only for specialists such as your company.  He did the work needed the following week after you, and he was very pleased and impressed by the work that was performed by your staff.  EXCELLENT JOB!

The crew was very nice and the process was fairly simple and quick.  I thought it would take a week with my large crawlspace, but it was completed within 2 days.  And the air is now so much cleaner in my home, I can actually tell a difference in the way I breathe.

Everything went pretty well except one spot didn't come up as high as we wanted, but the guys were really nice and explained what was going on and why they couldn't pump anymore into the slab.  Overall, pretty impressed.

Luke Stemple was super throughout the whole process, and because of his professionalism I would definitely hire Cantey again instead of a different company.
