Tom Z. had numerous sinking concrete slabs around his home including his front porch and two sidewalk sections. Tom knew how expensive it was to completely replace the slabs, so he waited until the problem continued to grow worse. After walking around the Greer Family Fest, he stumbled upon the Cantey Foundation Specialists tent with information on a system called PolyLEVEL. Marketing Manager Kimberly Mobley explained to Tom that polyurethane could be pumped under the slabs to lift it back into place, and it would be permanently stabilized. After scheduling an appointment, System Design Specialist John Adams arrived at Tom's home to give a free estimate. Tom was surprised to learn that the PolyLEVEL is less expensive than concrete replacement, and it is a more permanent solution!
Joy thought her concrete driveway in Martin, GA, had past the point of repair as many are unaware of concrete repair options. The concrete slabs in Joy's driveway had begun to crack and sink, making parts of the concrete unlevel. When this happens, not only can it be scary to drive on but it can be a safety hazard. Our Cantey Crew gave Joy's driveway a complete makeover! First, we lifted the sunken slabs with our PolyLevel Solution and then we sealed the cracks (to protect it from cracking even more) with our NexusPro Sealant Solution.
Marianne started having settlement issues outside of her home in Summerville, SC. Cracks in her concrete sidewalk and driveway were becoming more noticeable and she wanted to be proactive about the issue, before any other damages occurred. Cantey raised the unlevel sections of her driveway using our PolyLevel Solution, which is a long-lasting alternative to mudjacking. We also sealed and sprayed her driveway and sidewalk with NexusPro Sealant which sealed her two broken joints and will prevent any further water infiltration.
Danny noticed a bit of concrete sinking around his driveway in Toccoa GA. Sinking in these areas can cause more damage because water can travel under the concrete causing the soil around the home to expand, eventually causing foundation problems to the home. PolyLevel Solution was used to raise the concrete making it level with the driveway.
Unlevel sidewalk can cause tripping hazards and in some cases, worsen foundation issues. Cantey Can Fix It!
