Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Unlevel concrete can cause tripping hazards and bad accidents, especially at public places such as the local fire department. Cantey crew members worked to raise the unlevel slabs throughout the premises using our PolyLevel Solution. 

A permenant fix, Cantey Foundation Specialists provide concrete repair solutions using the PolyLevel® system. PolyLevel® is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to stabilize the concrete surface. 

Becky's front porch was cracked and sinking in toward the middle. She thought it would need to be replaced, especially because it had become a major safety hazard. Cantey crew members raised Becky's porch using our PolyLevel Solution and sealed the cracks with our silicone-based NexusPro Sealant which protects against further damage and harsh weather conditions. Becky was completely surprised with the results and relieved she did not have to replace her entire porch!

This concrete pool deck in Easley, SC, had begun to sink and crack from settlement issues. Concrete pool decks often suffer from settlement issues because the soil is so lightly compacted around the pool as so it does not damage the pool walls. Although it is common, it is not always pretty and Mike was very happy to know that Cantey could fix it. The concrete slab was raised with PolyLevel Soluntion to be level with the wooden deck extension surrounding his pool area. 

Camille's front porch in Augusta, GA, had began to experience foundation settlement issues which resulted in cracks in the concrete that lead to portions of concrete to sink. Cantey crew members used PolyLevel Solution to lift and level her front porch and NexusPro Sealant to repair the initial cracks in the concrete. Finally, a sealant spray was used to help keep the concrete stable and resist any further cracks and damages.
