Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

Ray E. moved into his Aiken, SC home with his wife and children 25 years ago. He built the home when he found out his wife was pregnant with his second child. The home they were in just would not be big enough. Once they moved, they knew this was the home they would stay in. It was the true definition of home and it was their children's childhood home. Now with the kids all grown up, Ray loves to do different projects around the house with his free time. One project he could not complete himself was repairing his sidewalk. It began to sink about 4 years ago and continuously got worse until there was a 1 inch gap. That gap was definitely a tripping hazard and Ray did not want anyone getting hurt. He did a search on the internet to see what different solutions existed because he knew replacing it would be costly. He found Cantey Foundation Specialists and their PolyLevel solution. Ray called in and scheduled an appointment for the following week for an inspection. System Design Specialist TJ Harden came out and inspected the driveway before sitting down with Ray. TJ explained that the PolyLevel solution would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab of the sidewalk. The PolyLevel solution would then be injected underneath the slab. As the liquid expands, it creates lift and stabilization for the slab. Within a matter of minutes, the solution hardens and forms a solid foundation under the slab. Ray believed in this solution and loved that it would cost less than replacement. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Ray now has the peace of mind that his sidewalk is safe.

This beach house in Myrtle Beach, SC had settling foundation which caused unlevel and cracked concrete. Our PolyLevel technology and NexusPro Joint Sealant were used to level to concrete and seal the cracks to protect against water and weather damage. Now they can enjoy their beach house without having to worry that a guest will trip over broken and unlevel concrete! 

Ernest T. called about his pool deck slab sinking in different places, causing pools of water and cracks. We scheduled him an appointment and came out to fix the problem. With Polylevel, we raised the sunken parts of the slab and were able to fill in the cracks to make the deck look like it was when it was first poured. Ernest was very happy with the final product and doesn't have to look at those ugly puddles of water sitting on his nice concrete deck anymore.

Charles and Stacie W. bought their Summerville, SC home about a year ago in order to prepare to start a family. Their home has plenty of room for their family to grow as well as a big backyard. Recently, Charles and Stacie have been doing everything they can to prepare for their first child that is on the way. System Design Specialist Kendall Moore arrived for the appointment and inspected around the pool at each of the concrete slabs. Kendall determined that the lasting solution Charles and Stacie need to keep their family safe in the future was Cantey's PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. These would be the injection sites for the liquid PolyLevel that would find all the voids and fill them. Once the PolyLevel was injected, it would take 15 minutes to harden. As the PolyLevel sets, it lifts the concrete slab above while stabilizing underneath the slab. Charles and Stacie decided this was the kind of solution they wanted to keep their family safe as they enjoy their pool. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Charles and Stacie are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new addition with the peace of mind that their home is a safe place for the whole family.
