Gentlemen that worked on my house did a great job. They were very knowledgeable installing the piers. I was refered by a friend and am pleased with the work. 

The Cantey crew just left tonight after working on my kitchen floor for seven days. System Design Specialist Michael Wilson set up the plan for repair of our kitchen floor with precision and great care. He was concerned because the damage was extensive and critical. They were so careful to replace the rotten wood under the floor. They decided not to tear out the tile floor and work from the top down but to go under the house and do their work there. Hunter Decker (and Upstate crew were) professional and determined to not to damage anything. The area where they had to work was very tight but they never complained. I would highly recommend this company. Their motto is "Cantey Can Fix It" and they can!

Ed Vanosdol came out initially in regards to my request for the need of more piers under my house. It’s a 50 year old well built home that’s sagged in places over the years. I actually went under the house with Ed and he very thoroughly explained to me what I needed. He is a most professional and thorough sales rep and an asset to Canty Foundation. The installation team was just as professional and thorough. Zack and his team did an excellent job of the installation of the steel beams and 14 piers needed to make my home feel more solid again. In two days they did an amazing amount of work and I could not be happier with every aspect of having Canty do this work to my home. They have leveled out areas that had sagged over the decades and made the house feel wonderfully solid again. I have already recommended Canty to my neighbors and one of them has already signed on to have their home done as well! I will continue to recommend Canty for anyone I come across that may need encapsulation or Foundation work

After googling the job I needed done, I found Cantey Foundation and gave them a call.  The office staff was excellent, and the salesman's presentation was very good and very detailed.  The price point for the job was the main reason I hired Cantey because others had a minimum set up charge that was in excess of your price.  I also liked the service because the salesman suggested things others did not which we went along with.  I will definitely refer you if I hear of someone needing your services.

My wife and I ran into a small problem as during the final walk through we didn't have the lift that we were promised.  The foreman Justin explained why he couldn't bring it more together with the helical pier system he installed, but he told us to hold on for a moment.  After a phone call, he said that their Poly truck was at a job half an hour away, and that they could try to pump some polymer underneath the slab to give it more lift.  Lo and behold, it worked. Without his fast thinking and ability to problem solve, the two crews worked together to bring the results I wanted.  Thanks guys.
