Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

James had added on a Florida room to his home in Columbia, SC, a few years ago. Recently the windows and doors had starting to sag and separate from the frame, causing the windows to stick and not open. The new soil under the added room had begun to settle causing the foundation to move and the room to become unstable. The SmartJacks were placed under the floors, lifting them up and stabilizing the room. 

Recently Cantey Foundation Specialists responded to a homeowner in State Park, SC concerned with sagging floors in their kitchen. The System Design Specialists performed a thorough, FREE, inspection and developed a permanent solution that would restore the floor to a level position using Smart Jacks and replacing a supplemental beam. The work was done in March 2023 and the homeowner could not be more pleased. 

Jack A. called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his crawl space needed to be encapsulated; he was worried about the probability of rotting wood joists, mold growth, and the fact that he could be potentially breathing in all the dirt.  "It's just a mess!" Jack said.

Within a day, Production Crew Foreman Jonathan, Project Manager Sean, and Production Crew Members Ethen and Israel removed his insulation and debris, added a drain, and completely encapsulated his crawlspace.  

Now, Jack can enjoy a cleaner, healthier crawl space!

Homeowner Delores R. from Orangeburg, SC started to notice visible sagging on her kitchen floor. Production Team Leader Israel and Production Team Member Jonathan came out and successfully installed the SmartJacks system to Delores' home. Delores is now enjoying her new, safe kitchen floor with her family and she is thankful to Cantey for making her home right as it is supposed to be.
