Mike F. of Camden, SC called his friend System Design Specialist Eddie Mathis when he realized his bearing wall was sinking causing cracks throughout the interior of his home.  Specialist Eddie suggested that Mike hire Cantey to install our patented SmartJack System, which would lift and stabilize the bearing wall with little work intrusion.  This efficient solution is stronger and more durable than any other product on the market.  Shortly after, Production Crew Foreman Sixto Lopez and his crew installed six SmartJacks along with a galvanized supplemental beam.  Now that the bearing wall is completely supported, it was able to be lifted back into place thus closing the interior cracks.  Now, Mike is confident that his home is safely stabilized!

Clifford L. started to notice his floor becoming unlevel in his living room. He wanted to ignore the issue, believing that it would be costly to fix. Unfortunately, he soon could not ignore the problem any longer and knew he needed to fix his floors to ensure that he would not get injured. While listening to the radio, he heard an advertisement about Cantey Foundation Specialists and the work they do in crawl spaces. Specialist Jamie went through Clifford's crawl space and found dry rot wood that had been caused by moisture. Clifford no longer has to worry about the structure of his floors, and he could not be happier with the service that the Cantey team provided.

John H. of Camden, SC's home showed the effects of the October flood.  Cracks appeared along the exterior of his home because of the soil displacement and eventual settlement.  Thinking it couldn't get worse, John wanted to fix more pertinent problems first.  However over the past eight months, it has continually gotten worse and worse causing him to take action. He also had plans for his daughter to inherit the property in the future. John called Cantey Foundation Specialists, and shortly after System Design Specialist Luke Stemple inspected the interior, exterior, and crawl space of the home.  Specialist Luke recommended installing ten Helical Piers to reach deep beneath the home to find the most stable soil. Production Foreman Ryan Shirley and his crew installed the ten Helical Piers around the problematic areas.  Because of the strength of the helical piers and the supporting soil, the home was able to be lifted and stabilized back into place thus closing the cracks.  Now John can be confident in leaving a safe home for his daughter.  

Galen M. is a homeowner in Saint George, SC. Galen has been having some trouble with her crawl space. Galen has a molding issue and would like to get rid of it. She’s tried everything she can think of to get rid of her mold and can’t’ seem to get rid of her mold. After trying for so long she finally decided to get help. A friend of hers recommend that she call Cantey Foundation Specialist for a free inspection. Specialist Lauren Campbell came out to Galen’s home and completed the inspection. Afterwards, Lauren explained that Galen had too much moisture available in her crawl space. This moisture was creating the mold problem that she had dealt with for so long. Lauren then explained that Cantey’s CleanSpace was the solution she was looking for. This customer had a subfloor that had been exposed to too much moisture. Because of this, the floor was rotting and began to sag. Cantey Foundation Specialists' production crew was able to tear out and replace the subfloor.
