Mark B. loves to spend time outdoors at his home in Sulivans Island, SC. Mark likes to spend his day on the water, boating with his friends and occasionally fishing. Mark wasn't prepared for the damage his home took from where he lived though. The closer you are to water, the more moisture that's present in the air. He decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection. Specialist Jamie came out to Mark's home and explained to him that his crawl space was taking on to much moisture. The solution he was looking for was Cantey's patented CleanSpace to prevent moisture to stop further damages. Team Leader Sixto, Team Member Mariano, and Team Member Juan came out to Mark's home and quickly installed the Clean Space for him. After the work, Mark was super excited that Cantey was able to fix his problems. Now he can relax and return to boating knowing that Cantey was there for him and did the job right.

William L. of Murrells Inlet, SC  has been renovating his home for a few years now, and he was finally ready to complete the finishing touches on the exterior of his home.  One of his major concerns was the retaining wall and gate that surrounded his property.  He noticed that the gate would not close anymore because the brick wall was settling into the soil causing gaps.  After hearing about Cantey's reputation throughout his neighborhood and on the radio, William L. called to set up his free inspection and estimate.  With the installment of 6 helical piers and additional PolyLevel concrete lifting, our Production crew was able to lift and stabilize the retaining wall and gate!  Now, William can close his gate easily, and he knows this eyesore is a problem of the past!

Tom M. of Longs, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because he was worried about some visible foundation cracks on the side of his home.  After his free estimate with System Design Specialist William Yarbrough, Tom chose Cantey because he knew our patented push pier system was the best solution for his problem.  Production Crew Foreman Sixto Lopez and Production Crew Member Mariano Amaya installed 4 push piers shortly after Tom's decision.  Cantey's solution closed the small cracks on the side of his home and stabilized it from further settling.  Now Tom does not have to worry about any foundation problems!
